Under Australian consumer law, you have certain rights to return or have repaired goods defective in materials and/or workmanship or goods unfit for purpose.
In addition to these rights under Australian consumer law, if you are not completely satisfied with any ready-made goods that are purchased from this website, you may return, or exchange the item within 15 days from the date of shipment or collection. In such case, you must immediately or within 5 days notify us in writing by contacting email@example.com
Kindly note- that to be eligible for our 15- days return policy all goods must be received in the original new condition- all items must be free from scratches, dents, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. Items must be returned with their original packaging, diamond certificates, and original purchase receipt. You are responsible for return shipping fees and any insurance fees. Ziba Collection accepts no responsibilities for any lost, stolen, or damaged returns.
Items altered, resized, repaired, engraved or remodelled are not covered by any warranties. Customised items such as custom diamond rings, custom jewellery, special order diamonds, sale items, laser inscribed diamonds and any diamonds purchased as part of our upgrade programme cannot be returned, refunded, credited or cancelled. Other items which cannot be returned, refunded, credited or cancelled include earrings, body jewellery, belly rings/bars and nose studs/rings. Additionally, design deposits and engraving fees are non-refundable.
Special Order Diamonds (those Diamonds that we have to outsource from manufacturers), are not covered by 15-day Return Policy and may not be returned, refunded, credited or cancelled. As this causes undue restocking and inventory overhead, this can be very costly. We strive to keep our prices low.
When we receive your returned item, we will examine the item. Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
We will not accept any returns without a Ziba Collection return authorization code or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured
The process for returning a jewellery item to Ziba Collection is:
Step 1: Obtain a return authorization code by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Write this code on the bottom of your original invoice.
Step 2: Package your return by including:
- Original invoice (with return authorization code at the bottom);
- Original valuation certificate was supplied;
- Original diamond grading certificate was supplied;
- All original packaging and collateral material.
- If your item was delivered with a valuation certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost.
- If your item was delivered with a diamond grading certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $500 replacement cost.
Step 3: Insure your package.
You must follow these instructions EXACTLY; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return.
