Returns Policy

Overview

Under Australian consumer law you have certain rights to return or have repaired goods defective in materials and/or workmanship or goods unfit for purpose.

Under Australian consumer law, if you are not satisfied with any ready-made goods purchased from this website, you can return or exchange them within 15 days of shipment. You must notify us in writing within 5 days by emailing info@zibaandco.com.au.

To qualify for the 15-day return policy of Ziba Collection, returned goods must be in original, new condition with no signs of wear, alterations, or damage. Items must include original packaging, diamond certificates, and a purchase receipt. Customers are liable for return shipping and insurance costs, and Ziba Collection is not responsible for any returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Non Refundable

Items that have been altered, resized, repaired, engraved, or remodeled do not come with warranties. This also includes custom-made items like diamond rings and other jewelry, special order diamonds, items on sale, and diamonds with laser inscriptions. Additionally, these items cannot be returned or refunded once purchased. The same policy applies to earrings, body jewelry, including belly rings and nose studs. Design deposits and engraving fees are also non-refundable.

Returns

Special Order Diamonds, sourced from manufacturers, cannot be returned, refunded, credited, or cancelled due to high restocking and inventory costs, which helps in maintaining low prices.

When we get your returned item, we will check it. Items that show signs of wear, or have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged, cannot be returned.

We will only accept returns that have a Ziba Collection return authorisation code and are properly packaged and insured.

The process for returning a jewellery item to Ziba Collection is:

Step 1: Obtain a return authorization code by emailing to info@zibaandco.com.au

  • Write this code on the button of your original invoice.

Step 2: Package your return by including:

  • Original invoice (with return authorization code at the bottom);
  • Original valuation certificate where supplied;
  • Original diamond grading certificate where supplied;
  • All original packaging and collateral material.

If the item you received came with a valuation certificate and you do not return this certificate, you might have to pay $250 to replace it.

If the diamond grading certificate that came with your item is not returned, you might have to pay $500 to replace it.

For security reasons, please avoid writing “Ziba Collection” or “Zibe & Co” on the outside of the box.

Step 3: Insure your package:

  • You must follow these instruction EXACTLY, failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return.
